It is considered the largest bridge crossing the Nile in terms of length. width and breadth of maritime stretches. It connects East Cairo and Giza. to the west. One of the most important axes of the Ring Road around Greater Cairo. This bridge connects the Alexandria Desert Road, Fayoum, 6th of October City, the east and west bank of the Nile, southern Giza and Upper Egypt. The bridge has 6 entrances and 6 exit ramps. The bridge is 2 km long and 42 m wide.
